Upgrading from El Capitan and bypassing Sierra and going to High Sierra means you bypassed a ton of upgrades. I am using PSE 14 on High Sierra 10.13.3 and am not having any issue's, However I do bot have have all of the freeware loaded that you do. Has anyone else had this problem? And, if so, how did you fix it? It opens as it always has without all these. PSE 14 in the iMac has not been affected. So I uninstalled PSE 14 and reinstalled it. It seemed to be successful, but Photoshop Elements 14 continued to open in that annoying and odd way. I first got rid of the malware in the MacBook Pro. It takes a long time for it to open and when it finally does the monitor screen on my computer looks like Image 2. Photoshop Elements 14 on the MacBook Pro started opening up by scanning for plug-ins as shown in Image 1. Then my browser was taken over by something called MyWay and a tool bar plus a lot of ads showed up. Several weeks ago I began getting an error message in the MacBook Pro only, "There is a problem with Generator. I upgraded to macOS Sierra 10.13 about a week ago.Īlso running PSE 14 in iMac (OSX El Capitan 10.11).
